Job Description

The Site Survey Coordinator primary responsibilities are reviewing and coordinating 3rd party site assessments for Solar/Energy Storage System customers.

Responsibilities

Coordinate home assessments with the homeowner and the 3rd party survey assessor.

Conduct reviews of home assessments done by 3rd party vendors and QC review all SCOOP forms.

Track and maintain SCOOP forms in the company database and other CRM tools for tracking purposes.

Coordinate and reduce site assessment kickbacks. ie. missing photos and documentation at site assessments.

Measure and document the following: (roof planes, roof obstructions, structure of the attic etc.)

Conduct a physical site assessment using a variety of tools and equipment including photography equipment, hand tools, ladders, personal protective equipment, etc.

Upload shade analysis reports, collected data, and photos of work performed each day

Communicate effectively with 3rd party vendors and homeowners.

Adhere to all OSHA requirements and regulation

Schedule home assessments and location management within SLA agreement.

Onboarding new vendors and internal training.

Travel on a case by case basis to hold regular training or to conduct site assessments.

Requirements

Associates Degree. (Bachelor's degrees are preferred.)

Have 2-3 years of experience with both BESS and PV projects.

Strong understanding of structural terms including (rafter, ridge beam, etc.)

Strong understanding of electrical terms including (breaker, bus bar, etc.)

Ability to understand the scope of the project, unpermitted upgrades, and code violations.

Ability to understand and read Single Line Diagrams.

Ability to utilize shading analysis tools.

Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Strong communication skills.

Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with 3rd party vendors daily.

Ability to operate a camera and provide well documented photos of the customers home or commercial space.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs as a physical requirement.

Drivers License Required.

Up to 10% Travel.

Located in northern california.

Salary: $45- 50k annually
