As an Install Partner Operations Manager you will be the primary contact for assigned partnerships/sub contractors. You will be responsible for ensuring that the partner is communicated with routinely and that the projects meet all installation milestone goals. Through weekly communication with the partners and their pipelines, you become their trusted direct source for any questions or concerns and represent Swell and our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.
● Be the primary point of contact for all operations related collaboration with installation only and sales+installation partners to support installation
● Hold routine partner calls to discuss the project pipeline, scheduling, open service items, task management, NOCs and other customer related issues.
● Monitor and manage assigned partners pipelines
● Ensure partners are in compliance with scheduling protocols with documenting and updating the confirmed installation dates
● Provide ongoing training and resources to partners to increase quality, installation efficiency, safety, cost reduction, customer satisfaction and software user management.
● Work closely with partners and Swell’s procurement team
● Oversee and ensure proper documentation from partners regarding critical phases of construction, for Swell direct projects, including pre and post construction
● Manage customer escalations between partners, project coordinators and customer support teams
● Monitoring all available fulfillment, project and task-based reports to ensure individual goals, partner objectives and company priorities are being met
● Actively participate and support initiatives to improve throughput and improved customer satisfaction
● Help ensure installation partners follow established RMA process; assist with invoice handling and tracking
● Occasional visits with local partners in person (with safety precautions)
● (2+) years of industry experience required
● 4 years construction and/or renewable energy experience (preferred)
● Ability to interpret single line electrical diagrams and construction documents required
● Understanding of basic structural and electrical engineering concepts and calculations preferred
● Strong written and verbal communication
● Good computer skills: MS Office Suite, Salesforce, Google Suite
● Motivated team player, positive attitude, dedicated
● Strong time-management and organizational skills
● High attention to detail
● Safety minded
● Ability to drive a vehicle during the normal course of business. Must maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check. Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license
● Willing to travel if necessary
Compensation: $68k- $70k Annually
