Job Description

The responsibilities of the Marketing Graphic Designer include designing a wide variety of marketing collateral, advertisements and campaign deliverables across digital and print media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, with keen attention to detail.


● Conceptualize, design and implement creative graphic design projects on time and within budget.

● Coordinate with marketing managers to confirm marketing objectives and campaign concepts.

● Adhere to creative direction, brand constancy and top marketing trends for marketing materials improvement.

● Supervise product photography for marketing and develop a library of provocative, compelling images.

● Develop and design advertisements inclusive of copy and images.

● Coordinate the release, processing and proofing of files at printer and prepress.

● Assist others with creative ideation as well as brainstorming sessions.

● Assist with intranet and web site design.

● Support cross-functional teams with design of business proposals, presentations, customer facing documents and board reports as needed with minimal turnaround time.

● Capability to think from customers’ point of view and continuously optimize strategies/ plans according to performance data to ensure optimal ROI.


● Bachelor's degree in graphic design, related field, or equivalent work experience.

● Experience with web design, photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and email client platforms

● Excellent attention to detail with the ability to complete projects with rapid turnaround times on tight deadlines.

● Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to take direction and constructive feedback on designs.
